            The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the bill on page two, line one after the word “authorized” by striking out the period and inserting in lieu thereof a comma and the words “with the following amendment:

            On page three, subdivision 4.1.c. by inserting the words “,on or after July 1, 2011,” after the words “sex offender” and subdivision 4.1.e. by inserting the words “,on or after July 1, 2011,” after the words “qualifying offense”.”
